About Us The Harbor development is the original vision of D. Craig Walker come to life. Mr. Walker, through Clearview Partners, L.P., brought together a group of high caliber, experienced and innovative real estate and construction professionals to help implement his plan. The vision consisted of utilizing the natural beauty of the northern Texas hill country and imprinting a highly amenitized, service oriented, resort community where families would be free to make memories. By careful attention to detail, and with respect for the natural stone and cedar materials, ranching history and beauty of the lake, The Harbor has become a premier address in north Texas.

Mike and Sherrye Our condo at The Harbor was just to be a weekend get-away but soon after moving in it became a second Home. It is a place where family comes together more often and a place where new friends, both residents and Harbor employees, are easily made. Keep plenty of deer corn on hand as you will find yourself feeding your Harbor pets each evening.

The Stallings Family The natural beauty of Possum Kingdom Lake and the endless activities combined with the Harbor Development and amenities makes our Veranda the ideal family retreat. We thought it would be just a lake house for the summer, what we discovered was a year round Utopia for our family and friends!

The Grille Newly renovated, The Grille boasts spectacular lakeside outdoor dining, just added is our private dining area for 16 guests and a fantastic lakeside dining room that seats up to 24. This fine, yet casual restaurant is right on the lake…With the warmth of a country lodge, featuring an all-day menu of fine American Cuisine with extensive wine and beverage list. The Grille offers Texas Style dining with a Southwestern flair. Ten convenient courtesy slips allow you to boat up to the restaurant and walk right in. Dine on the patio or patio bar for lunch or dinner and watch the boats go by, or choose to enjoy a sumptuous dinner beneath a canopy of stars.
